2、试验压力为设计压力的1.5倍，且应不小于0.6Mpa。

3、冬季进行水压实验时，应采取可靠的防冻措施。

水压试验应按下列步骤进行：

1、经分水器缓慢注水 ，同时将管道内空气排出。

2、充满水后，进行水密性检查。

3、采用手动压力泵缓慢升压。

4、升压至规定试验力后，停压，稳压1h，观察压力表看压力是否掉，判断有无漏水现象。

5、稳压1h后，补压至规定试验压力值，15min内的压力降不超过0.05Mpa无渗漏合格。地面采暖系统未经调试，严禁运行使用。调试工作由施工单位在工程使用单位配合下进行。

调试时初次通暖应缓慢升温，先将水温控制在25-30℃范围内运行20小时左右，以后24小时内可使水温达到正常范围。
